The HOA listings on this site are drawn from Texas management certificate filings — public records under Texas Property Code Chapter 209 — and are not personal information about you. Browsing the directory doesn't require an account and doesn't submit any personal information on your behalf.

Information you choose to give us

If you use our contact / report-an-inaccuracy form, we collect the message you write, the listing you're referencing (if you got there from a specific HOA page), and your email address if you choose to provide one so we can reply. We use this only to review and respond to your submission and to improve the accuracy of our listings.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and request logs — as part of delivering and securing the site. We don't currently run analytics or advertising tools on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy to say so.

Where information is stored

Contact-form submissions and directory data are stored in a Neon (PostgreSQL) database. We don't sell your information, and we don't share the contents of a contact-form submission with third parties except our hosting and database providers (as needed to operate the site) or if required by law.

Cookies

We don't currently set cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for general audiences researching homeowners associations and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete a contact-form submission you made by reaching out through our contact page. If you're contacting us from a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), let us know what you're requesting and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
